FOUR WAYS TO ORDER

BY POST
        Simply complete the Order Form (if you have one) FULLY or send a covering letter with your payment to the address below,
giving the following information :-
Reference No. - Item details - Delivery Address (if different) - Any Changes in your requirements (if you are a Booksearch customer).
Always write your return address on the back of the envelope.
Always contact us before sending any letter or parcel by a Postal Service that will require a signature on receipt.

Fill in a Transcash Form at the Post Office, giving details of your order
and Reference Number and our Giro Account No.34 333 1187.
Hand in the form at the counter with your payment and it will be transfered
directly to us. Your Transcash Receipt MUST be sent to us with the Order Form.
(This is the cheapest method of payment for anyone without a bank account)

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

Although items are despatched as speedily as possible, we cannot guarantee to deliver
by any specific day, please allow UP TO 21 Days for Inland UK and Airmail Delivery.
Surface Mail can take UP TO 17 weeks depending on distance and method requested.
Postage and Packing are charged at current rates.

Insurance is charged extra on items over 25.00 GBP.

The purchaser is responsible for paying any Import Taxes,etc.,.

RETURNS

Returns will be accepted if not as described.
Notification of any faults must be received by us within 7 days of the receipt of the items.
Payments will be returned in full, together with return postage.
Please notify us BEFORE returning items.

Full Legal Title to the items remains with Fackley Services until paid for in full.
