Then hired by Richard Sanders, Greasley,Notts. and he ran away, but master brought him back by warrent and he served him there, except for 2 weeks when in service with Ripley Volunteer Infantry on military duty at Derby in August last and whilst there his master stopped 15s. 15 January 1805 - Married Mary Foster at Pentrich. Both of Pentrich by Banns. Both illiterate.
